Without an account
StarProno sets no cookie and uses no audience measurement and no advertising. Your browser only keeps, on your device, the language you chose.
Like any website, the server receives the IP address and the page requested. These technical logs are used for security and deleted after a few weeks.
With an account
We keep your email address, the date the account was created, the language, the country you connect from, the end date of your subscription, the payment method used and the references of your payments. Your browser keeps a session token on your device.
Login codes are stored as a fingerprint, never in clear text, with the IP address that requested them, for 24 hours at most. We also keep the date on which you accepted the terms and asked for immediate access. Payment references are kept as long as the law requires (accounting obligations).
This data is used to log you in, open your access and answer your requests. It is neither sold nor shared with other services.
Providers
Hosting: Render Services Inc. (servers in Germany, a US company bound by standard contractual clauses); delivery: Cloudflare; email sending: Bird; payment: Stripe, FedaPay, pawaPay and NOWPayments, which handle payment data under their own policies.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, and delete your account yourself from "My account". For any request: contact@starprono.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (French data protection authority).
